1. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Sales tax is applied where required by law. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through our checkout system. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or custom orders are started.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated directly for custom orders. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing in-stock items. Custom orders may take additional time and will be quoted accordingly.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Custom Orders

Custom designs require clear communication before production begins. Once a custom piece is approved and fabrication has started, changes may not be possible. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our capabilities or standards.

5. Product Use & Safety

Our products are built for strength and utility, but they should be used as intended. We are not responsible for misuse, improper installation, or modification of our items. Always follow installation instructions and weight limits.

All product designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of Green Pastures Farm Metal Designs. Our Handler™ line is trademark pending. No images, text, or designs may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
